On November 2, 2009, Mr. Yaofu Su
resigned from his position as a director of Subaye, Inc. (the “Company”),
effective immediately. Mr. Su’s resignation is not in connection with
any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. Mr. Su will
continue to serve as the Company’s Vice President.
